Vanilla pudding with currants

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • e.g. currants
  • e.g. whipped cream
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pudding with the pudding mix, milk, and sugar according to the package instructions. Wash the currants and pick them from the stalks. Prepare glasses or bowls and add currants to taste. Then spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the currants. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if desired, and serve.
