- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Soft butter
- 90 g Sugar
- 180 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Vanilla flavor
Topping
- 400 g Cream
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 scratched out Vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp Vanilla flavor
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- Put the flour, baking powder, salt, softened butter, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, and vanilla flavor in a bowl and stir until the batter is smooth. Finally bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the vanilla sugar, vanilla pod and pulp, vanilla flavor and pudding powder together well and then whip to a firm mass with the whipped cream.
- Pour the topping into a piping bag (take out the vanilla pod beforehand !!!!!!!!!!!!!) and squirt on the cooled cakes. Finally, decorate with, for example, vanilla pods or sugar pearls.
