Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 375 g butter
  • 250 g almonds, peeled and chopped
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Danish Christmas biscuits, Spritzgebäck

Combine the ingredients in a dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Press the dough through a meat grinder fitted with a pastry attachment and place small circles on a baking sheet. Bake at 150°C fan/convection oven (preheated) until light golden.
