Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 500 g powdered sugar
- 700 g hazelnuts, grated
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 50 g candied lemon peel (candied lemon peel)
- 50 g candied orange peel
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
on wafers
Mix all ingredients together and spread onto wafers. Place the wafers on a baking sheet and let them dry overnight. Bake at 150°C fan (preheated) for 10-15 minutes.
