Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 100 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 port. Butter vanilla flavoring
- 200 g yogurt (vanilla)
- 125 g flour (wheat flour)
- 75 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 g margarine (half-fat) for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted) and grease the muffin tin. Combine the margarine with the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix in the vanilla yogurt. Briefly stir in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Divide the batter evenly among the cavities and bake in the oven at 150°C for about 25-30 minutes. Leave the muffins in the tin for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool.
