Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 portions of fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup of herbal brunch
- 1 sausage (onion sausage)
- Cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them. Stuff the mushrooms with the onion sausage and place a spoonful of Brunch on top. Top with a slice of cheese and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with a herb baguette, for example, or simply as a starter! It tastes absolutely delicious, we promise!
