Variation of Tuna in Pepper Coat with Side Salad

The perfect variation of tuna in pepper coat with side salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tuna steak
  • 20 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
  • 1 Pc. Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 packet Mixed salad
  • 20 ml Peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato flakes
  • 4 Msp Salt
  • Pepper

Tuna:

  1. Cut the tuna steak into strips and marinate in soy sauce. Pepper mixture for the pepper coat n.B. grind yourself (recommendation pink pepper, Voatsiperifery pepper, black, white, green pepper, allspice).

Vinaigrette:

  1. Mix 20 ml of peanut oil with 1 tablespoon of tomato flakes, 2 pinches of salt and add a little pepper and a splash of lemon.

Wasabi avocado cream:

  1. 1 Cut the avocado and add 2 pinches of salt and pepper n.d. Mix and add a squeeze of lemon.

Serving:

  1. Mix the salad mixture with the vinaigrette and let it steep briefly, while searing the marinated tuna strips on a salt plank on the grill over medium heat. Roll the tuna ripe in the ground pepper variation and cut into even cubes. Arrange a bed of lettuce on the plates, the wasabi-avocado cream (approx. 1 tablespoon per plate) and the tuna cubes on the bed of lettuce.
