Spelled Pasta with Vegetables and Goat Cream

The perfect spelled pasta with vegetables and goat cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 180 g Spelled pasta
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 100 g Sugar snap
  • 100 g Peas (can)
  • 150 g Goat cream (herbs)
  • 1 bunch Fresh tarragon
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 1cm pieces. Peel the garlic and roughly chop. Peel the shallot and cut into large cubes. Heat the rapeseed oil in a saucepan. Briefly fry the kohlrabi, shallots and garlic.
  2. Pour in the hot broth, add the spelled noodles and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, clean the snow peas and cut in half. Add the snow peas to the pasta for the last 3 minutes and let them cook. Then add the peas and let them warm up only slightly.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat. Finely chop the tarragon leaves. Stir in goat cream and tarragon well. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange spelled noodles with vegetables and goat cream on plates and serve.
