  • 4 Pc. Veal steak
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 4 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the small potatoes and then cut them in half. Then brush with oil, generously spread the rosamrin (to taste) over it and place in an ovenproof dish. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and poke the potatoes every now and then with a sharp object (knife / fork). As soon as the potatoes are tender, remove them from the oven.
