Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan, 60% cocoa
  • 75 g oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • 75 g water, hot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan, 85% cocoa
  • 120 g oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • 150 g water, hot
  • 1 date(s), e.g. Sukkari date
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

without added sugar

Melt the desired type of chocolate. Then combine it with all the other ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and beat with a hand blender for 2 minutes until fluffy. Pour into a large glass and let it cool in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut out the balls and arrange them on plates.
