Vegan almond mocha millet porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 25 g almond flour
  • 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute), light
  • 30 g millet flakes
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Compote (plum compote)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with plum compote

Grind the millet flakes into flour in a blender or mixer. Combine the millet flour with the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat everything and simmer, stirring constantly, until a porridge forms. Serve with the plum compote.
