Vegan vanilla rice pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 15 g protein powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 25 g xylitol (sugar substitute), light
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 55 g rice pudding
  • n. B. Fruit, e.g. raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegetarian, with protein powder

Combine all ingredients, except the rice pudding, in a saucepan and heat until simmering. Now reduce the heat to low, add the rice pudding, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring continuously, until the rice pudding is tender. Serve on its own or with fruit, such as raspberries, as desired.
