Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g baking cocoa
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • some almonds, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 150 ml oil
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan/convection oven). First, combine all the dry ingredients, then add the oil, water, and the chopped apple. Stir until a smooth batter forms. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
