Vegan Banana Cake without Sugar
The perfect vegan banana cake without sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Bananas (ripe to very ripe)
- 250 g Spelled flour
- 1,75 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,75 Teaspoon (level) Cinnamon
- Salt (a good pinch)
- 180 g Vegan butter (Alsan Bio Magarine)
- Let the butter in the oven (preheat 180 degrees for later) soften
- Mix all ingredients together with the butter in a bowl until the dough is nice and creamy (if you like, you can also sprinkle fresh blueberries in, depending on the season I like to do that too)
- Fill the dough into a pre-greased form and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes on top / bottom heat
- Let the cake cool for ~ 15 minutes at the end and then turn it gently onto a baking sheet
