Vegan cereal breakfast with coconut milk, apple and mango

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 80 g spelt flakes
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 120 g apple
  • 80 g mango(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, core, and dice the apple. Peel, core, and dice the mango. Combine the oats, spelt flakes, apple, and mango and place in bowls. Now pour the coconut milk over the mixture. Stir the coconut milk well beforehand until it’s runny; you can use more if you like.
