Vegan chili-ginger chocolate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 50 g dark chocolate, fine, 80%, organic
  • ½ red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, not too big
  • possibly agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

warming

Heat the oat milk with chili and ginger. Melt the chocolate in it, sweetening it further if desired. If you like, you can sieve the chocolate to retain the ginger and chili pieces. Serve the chocolate warm in mugs. Be careful with the chili and ginger, so it doesn’t get too spicy.
