Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup(s) cocoa
- 1 cup soy milk (soy drink) or soy rice drink
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thoroughly mix together the flour, sugar, salt, oil, cocoa, soy milk (or soy rice drink), orange juice, and baking powder. Finally, stir in the vinegar. Pour the batter onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper (if you don’t want to wash it afterward) and bake at about 180°C for 30-50 minutes (use a toothpick to test if it’s done). It also tastes great with apricots or cherries in the batter.
