Vegan chocolate chip cookies with almond and spelt flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 60 g almond flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 70 ml oil, neutral
  • 70 ml maple syrup
  • 100 g chocolate, vegan, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 20 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the dry and wet ingredients separately in two bowls. Then combine the two ingredients to form a batter. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold it in. Place 20 cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C until golden brown. This will take about 10 minutes, depending on your oven.
