Vegan chocolate cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 g margarine, soft
  • 125 g brown cane sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 200 g chocolate, vegan (variety according to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Beat the margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Mash the banana with a fork and add the banana puree. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix everything in well. Grate the chocolate or cut it into small pieces and fold it in. Mix everything well. Chill the dough (covered) for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Place about 25 small mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This is easiest with moist tablespoons. Don’t place them too close together, as the dough will still spread a little. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then let them cool on a wire rack. These cookies should be used within a few days. They taste delicious with a hot chocolate rice drink.
