Vegan Cocoa Cookies
The perfect vegan cocoa cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 140 ML Natural soy drink
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder e.g. Suchard Express is vegan
- 140 g Margarine
- 200 g Raw cane sugar
- 350 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the soy drink, margarine, cocoa powder, raw cane sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the spelled flour and salt, stir with the dough hook of the mixer, then work into a dough with your hands.
- Shape the dough into three rolls, cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Then cut into not too thin slices and bake in the oven, which has already been preheated to 170 degrees top / bottom heat, until they have set slightly.
- Take out, sprinkle with sugar (if you want) and enjoy.
