Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 250 ml water
- 165 g raw cane sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g desiccated coconut
- some walnuts
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegan, quick and easy
Mix all ingredients, except the walnuts, into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a well-greased 26cm springform pan. Sprinkle the walnuts over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes on the middle rack.
