Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 10 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 can coconut milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Combine the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and desiccated coconut, then add the coconut milk and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and desiccated coconut before serving.
