Vegan coconut chia dessert with raspberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats, flower-soft
  • 100 ml coconut milk or other plant milk
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, vegan (coconut flavor)
  • some sweetener or agave syrup
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. hemp seeds or nuts as topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Dessert or breakfast

Mix the chia seeds and oats with the coconut milk and let it swell in the refrigerator overnight. Then stir in the coconut yogurt and sweeten to taste. Finally, puree the raspberries and pour over the pudding. Sprinkle hemp seeds or mixed nuts over the dessert for a topping.
