Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 120 g cane sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 2 drops of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Mix the margarine, cane sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer. Peel and chop the banana, add it, and mix. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the dough. Shape the dough into a ball with your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Roll out the dough and cut out the cookies as desired. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the hot baking sheet for a short time to firm up a little. Place on a wire rack or plate to cool.
