Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g cashew nuts
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a cheap, quick, tasty alternative to animal cream

First, finely grind the cashews with a coffee grinder. Combine the ground nuts and water in a bowl. Briefly blend with an immersion blender. If you don’t have a coffee grinder, soak the cashews in water for about 6 hours, then blend the cashews with about 200 ml of water with an immersion blender. This cream is not suitable for whipping. However, it is excellent for sauces.
