Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1,000 g spinach, young, frozen or fresh
- 1 tsp, leveled soup seasoning
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 130 ml coconut milk or 100 ml almond cream
- 3 leaves of garlic or 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without soy
Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk or almond cream and set aside briefly. Meanwhile, place the spinach in a saucepan and thaw over low heat. If using fresh spinach, chop it and sauté it with a little water. Finely chop the garlic or finely dice half a garlic clove. Add all ingredients, including the soaked chia seeds, to the spinach and cook briefly. Tastes better than the familiar creamed spinach with the bubbling.
