Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g date(s), fresh
  • 200 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • 50 g almonds
  • 200 g chocolate, light, vegan
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries, freeze-dried, optional
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut brittle, optional
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped, optional

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

First, make a small cut in the dates lengthwise, remove the pit, and replace it with an almond. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and dip the dates in it one at a time. Place them on baking paper. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle on the decorations (hazelnut brittle, dried raspberries, chopped pistachios, etc.). Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and decorate the dates using a piping bag. Refrigerate again until the white chocolate is firm.
