Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 150 g mixed salad (iceberg, raw vegetables, lamb’s lettuce)
  • 50 g onion(s), sliced
  • 80 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 150 g seitan (doner block)
  • 100 ml mayonnaise, vegan
  • 50 g herbs, fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Quarter the flatbread. Cut the doner meat substitute into pieces and fry briefly in a pan. Place the lettuce, vegetables, and seitan meat substitute into a flatbread quarter. Blend all the ingredients for the sauce (mayonnaise, herbs, salt, pepper, garlic) in a blender. Pour the sauce onto the filled bread. Your vegan doner is ready! 500 kcal per serving.
