- 150 g mixed salad (iceberg, raw vegetables, lamb’s lettuce)
- 50 g onion(s), sliced
- 80 g tomatoes, sliced
- 150 g seitan (doner block)
- 100 ml mayonnaise, vegan
- 50 g herbs, fresh
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Quarter the flatbread. Cut the doner meat substitute into pieces and fry briefly in a pan. Place the lettuce, vegetables, and seitan meat substitute into a flatbread quarter. Blend all the ingredients for the sauce (mayonnaise, herbs, salt, pepper, garlic) in a blender. Pour the sauce onto the filled bread. Your vegan doner is ready! 500 kcal per serving.
