Vegan Ginger Cookies
The perfect vegan ginger cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 220 g Margarine sunflower, soft
- 140 g Sugar, brown
- 3 tsp Ginger powder
- Mix the soft margarine with sugar and ginger. Mix the flour with the baking powder and work everything into a firm dough.
- Shape walnut-sized balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. “Flatten” the kugaln with a fork that is dipped in water. Height approx. 1 cm. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
