Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink) (chocolate flavor)
- 100 g oat flakes
- 30 baking wafers, 70 mm
- possibly almonds or walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
First, add the flour, baking powder, and soy milk to a mixing bowl and stir vigorously until the ingredients are evenly blended. Then add the oats, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar. Stir vigorously again, then add the maple syrup. Stir until everything is evenly distributed and dissolved. Place the wafers on a layer of baking paper. Spread the batter evenly with a small spoon. However, you should leave a minimal edge around the wafers, as they will still “bake” and therefore take up some space. Finally, you could place an almond or a piece of walnut in the center of each wafer. Then bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. The coins can then be coated with chocolate coating.
