Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink), 250 g
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sugar, 0 g
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 tsp, heaped cornmeal, 25 g
  • 120 g applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil with sugar and a pinch of salt. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cornmeal with a whisk. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Caution: It may splash! Remove the pan from the heat and wait until the mixture is thick enough. Ladle into bowls and add the applesauce.
