Vegan: Green and Yellow Pea Soup

The perfect vegan: green and yellow pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Diced carrots
  • 4 piece Diced potatoes
  • 2 Branches Lovage
  • 1 pack Tempo peas
  • 200 g Frozen green peas
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 size Salt
  • 1 size Freshly ground pepper
  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Put this in the vegetable stock, add the lovage twigs and the speed peas and bring everything to a boil.
  3. The whole thing should simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Shortly before the end of the total cooking time, add the green peas, let them boil briefly and then just let them steep. Round off with salt and freshly ground pepper.
