Carrot and cheese salad with walnut

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 100g Gouda
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, peel, and finely grate the carrots. Finely grate the Gouda cheese. Peel the garlic and mince it with a press. Crack and finely chop the walnuts. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine everything well with mayonnaise. Tip: You can replace all or half of the mayonnaise with crème fraîche.
