Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and prepare a 12-hole muffin tin. Grease the cups or use paper baking cups. First, combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg with a mixer. Then stir in the low-fat quark, followed by the flour. Using 2 tablespoons or similar, fill the batter into the muffin tin and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar or icing, if desired.
