Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 180 g wheat flour or spelt flour
- 120 g almond flour, white, defatted
- 520 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 3 tsp, heaped protein powder
- 3 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute) light or 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 drops of rum flavoring
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 banana(s), ripe or 3 tbsp applesauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, whisk together all the dry ingredients. Then, briefly mix the wet ingredients separately and then add them. Mix everything together and fry in batches in a little oil in a pan.
