- 2 dates, dried
- possibly water for soaking
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 50 g kale and/or spinach
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the dates in water beforehand if necessary (this depends on the blender). Wash the kale and spinach. Peel the banana and avocado, removing the pit. Now add all ingredients to the blender. Divide between two glasses and serve. This version keeps you full for a relatively long time compared to similar drinks.
