Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 70 g dried fruits, mixed
- 180 g muesli (fruit)
- 120 ml soy milk (soy drink)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
without flour, without egg, without margarine
Blend the muesli in a blender (but this is not required). Cut the dried fruit into small pieces and mix with the muesli. Puree the apple with the soy milk and mix with the muesli. This creates a sticky paste. Using a teaspoon, place small portions onto baking paper and press into flat cookies. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Let cool. Makes about 38 cookies, each containing about 25 kcal.
