Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the nut mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast for about 15 minutes. Turn the nuts occasionally. Then let cool. Place the nuts and cinnamon powder in a blender and puree until smooth. Blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator.
