Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g oat flakes, fine
- 90 g protein powder, vegan (baking protein)
- 5 g baking powder
- 40 g puffed quinoa
- 315 g plant milk (plant drink)
- 3 g sweetener (flavor powder for sweetening)
- 30 g hazelnuts, chopped for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Low in calories and high in protein, from an 18 cm springform pan, approx. 8 pieces
Mix all the cake ingredients well, pour into a small 18cm springform pan, sprinkle with hazelnuts, and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Decorate the cake as desired. If you make 8 slices, each slice has 150 kcal.
