Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

- 250 g Oatmeal
- 125 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Vegan margariene e.g. soyola
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Tartar baking powder
- 3 tbsp Applesauce
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Put the oat flakes, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and applesauce in a bowl. Melt the margarine, add to the remaining ingredients and mix with a teaspoon. Place a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes Do not place the cookies too close on the baking paper – they will spread apart. press a little flatter.
