Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 150 g tomatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon(s), the zest and 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Kala Namak
- ¼ tsp green pepper
- ¼ tsp anise
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- ¼ tsp ginger powder or freshly grated ginger
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Cook the peas for 3 minutes (or as directed) and rinse under cold water. Sauté the onion and garlic cloves in a little coconut oil. Finely grind the sunflower seeds in a blender, then add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a jar.
