Vegan peanut crackers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 200 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, cane syrup or similar sweetener
  • 400 ml water approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Add enough water to form a thick batter. Place a baking sheet on a baking sheet and use a teaspoon to form thin, round crackers from the batter. This amount will fill about 2 1/2 baking sheets. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 35 minutes, until the crackers are lightly browned.
