Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pack of pasta
- ½ bell pepper(s), orange
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. carrot juice
- e.g. chia seeds
- e.g. vegetable broth
- some curry ketchup
- some salt and pepper
- some thyme
- some marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, sauté in a saucepan, and deglaze with a dash of carrot juice and vegetable stock. Add the chia seeds and curry ketchup, season with herbs and spices to taste, and add the drained pasta. Simmer for a few minutes.
