Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 ml coconut milk, possibly more
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the flour and baking powder thoroughly. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Add a little more coconut milk if needed until the dough has a nice, slightly sticky consistency, like classic pizza dough. Roll out onto a baking sheet and top with your favorite toppings. Bake in the oven at 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
