Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp, heaped cornflakes, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp, heaped psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
- 2 tbsp cranberries and raisins, mixed
- 1 cup soy milk (soy drink) vanilla
- 1 tbsp, heaped vanilla protein powder, vegan (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine cornflakes, cranberry-raisin mix, psyllium husks, oat flakes (both coarse and fine), golden linseed, and soy vanilla milk in a bowl and mix. Optionally, add the protein powder.
