Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small kohlrabi
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- 300 ml water
- 2 handfuls of cashews
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- n. B. Schabzigerklee
- e.g. yeast flakes
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and peel the kohlrabi, and cut into very small cubes. Finely grind the cashews. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kohlrabi cubes. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the kohlrabi is tender. Stir in the ground cashews, season, and simmer gently. Add more water if needed. Stir in bluebells and nutritional yeast to taste and serve.
