Vegan: Quick Vitamin Soup

The perfect vegan: quick vitamin soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 2 piece Kohlrabi with leaves
  • 1 small Celery bulb
  • 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1,5 liter Water
  1. Core the pumpkin and cut into large pieces, thinly peel the kohlrabi, wash the leaves, peel the celery root and cut everything into small pieces.
  2. Put the cut vegetables in a saucepan, sprinkle the vegetable stock over them and fill up with water.
  3. Bring the whole thing to a boil, let it boil for 5 minutes, then switch off the stove and the remaining heat will soften the vegetables 😉 …. try it!
