- 0,5 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 piece Kohlrabi with leaves
- 1 small Celery bulb
- 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
- 1,5 liter Water
- Core the pumpkin and cut into large pieces, thinly peel the kohlrabi, wash the leaves, peel the celery root and cut everything into small pieces.
- Put the cut vegetables in a saucepan, sprinkle the vegetable stock over them and fill up with water.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil, let it boil for 5 minutes, then switch off the stove and the remaining heat will soften the vegetables 😉 …. try it!
