Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup lentils, red
- 5 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 tomatoes, dried
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely dice the onion and garlic, peel and finely chop the bell pepper, and sauté everything in olive oil. Dice the tomatoes and fry them. Add the lentils and deglaze with water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the stock powder and puree. Season to taste with vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
