Romanoff – Cream

The perfect romanoff – cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lingonberry balm cream
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Breath Black pepper
  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the strawberry pieces with the cranberry balsam cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar and the tablespoon sugar, round off with a touch of black pepper and leave to stand overnight.
  3. Drain the strawberries through a sieve. Smooth the natural yoghurt and the remaining tablespoons of vanilla sugar together and carefully fold in the strawberry pieces.
  4. Divide the Romanoff cream into serving bowls / glasses and garnish with pieces of strawberry or a whole strawberry and serve immediately.
