Pretzel Soup with Meat Loaf

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Pretzel
  • 200 g Meatloaf
  • 1 size Red Onion
  • 1 liter Meatsoup
  • 2 tbsp Lard
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Cut the pretzels into pieces about 1/2 cm thick. Cut the meat loaf into strips 2-3cm thick. Heat the lard in a large soup pot, fry the onions, pretzels and meatloaf in it, add the meat broth for about 10 minutes. simmer gently. Season to taste with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Wash the parsley, shake it dry and cut roughly. Before serving, add to the pretzel soup and serve in soup bowls or in deep plates.
